in the Northeast

Audrey Cafe chose Buriram as its first city in the Northeast, and chose not to open as a standalone shop. Instead it took over all dining at Milton Hotel Buriram — an 80-seat restaurant open all day, from the guest breakfast buffet through lunch and dinner to conference coffee breaks and banquet catering.

The room is finished in timber and living greenery, lit warmly by brass fixtures, with corners composed to photograph well at any hour. The menu is Thai and European cooking made easy to eat, alongside the cakes and desserts that have been the brand's signature since its first branch.

The restaurant is open to everyone — you do not need to be a hotel guest — and parking is free.
